GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
Your gear. Zero guesswork.
Sizes, delivery and returns — everything you need to build your bundle.
How does the 3-piece bundle work?
Choose exactly 3 available pieces from the selection above. Select the size and, where offered, the color of each piece, then tap Add To Bundle.
Your three choices appear in the bundle summary. You can remove or replace a piece before adding the completed bundle to your cart.
Different pieces can have different sizes. The displayed bundle price covers all 3 pieces; shipping and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
How can I see the product details without leaving?
Tap Details & size guide on a product card. A preview opens on this page with the product photos, description, available options and size guidance. Close it to continue building your bundle.
Which size should I choose?
Fit varies between designs. Open the preview for the exact piece you want and check its product-specific fit notes and size chart, when available.
For a useful comparison, lay a hoodie you already like flat and measure it without stretching the fabric:
| Measurement | How to measure |
|---|---|
| Chest width | Straight across the garment, from armpit to armpit. |
| Body length | From the highest shoulder point to the bottom hem. |
| Sleeve length | Follow the measurement method shown in that product's chart. |
A flat chest-width measurement is half the garment's chest circumference. Compare garment measurements with garment measurements, using the same units.
Need help? Email support@spedcrew.com with the product name and your preferred fit before ordering.
How long does delivery take?
Allow up to 3 business days for order preparation before dispatch.
| Method | After dispatch | Including preparation |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 5–8 business days | Approximately 8–11 business days |
| Express | 3–5 business days | Approximately 6–8 business days |
Checkout shows the methods for your destination. Estimates can change due to customs, carriers or holidays.
Read the shipping policy →Is shipping free? Do you ship to my country?
Enter your address at checkout to check delivery availability and shipping costs. Any eligible free-shipping offer will appear there.
How do I track my order? Will everything arrive together?
Tracking is emailed when available and may take time to update. Your pieces can arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking and delivery date.
Can I return my bundle or exchange a size?
Request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order's last item. Voluntary returns require items in original, unworn and unwashed condition, with tags and packaging.
Email support@spedcrew.com with your order number before posting a return, including partial bundles.
Eligible orders receive one approved exchange shipment at no charge, depending on stock. Postage for ordinary change-of-mind returns is generally your responsibility. Your statutory rights still apply.
Read the return and refund policy →What if a piece arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email support@spedcrew.com with your order number and photos of the issue, parcel and label. For confirmed faults or incorrect items, we arrange a suitable solution and cover reasonable return postage.
Can I change my choices, address or cancel my order?
Edit your selections before adding your bundle. After ordering, email support@spedcrew.com immediately. Changes or cancellation may be unavailable once fulfillment starts.
Which currency will I pay in? Are duties included?
Prices follow your selected market and currency. Check the final total at checkout. Import charges collected there are included; other local duties or fees may be payable on arrival.
